Hungary and Slovakia are demanding EU action against Ukraine after repeated attacks on the Druzhba oil pipeline, halting Russian oil deliveries to these countries. These attacks, allegedly by Ukrainian forces, threaten their energy security. While Ukraine hasn't officially claimed responsibility, a Ukrainian commander posted a video of the damaged oil pumping station. Hungary's foreign minister stated that oil deliveries will be halted for at least five days. The EU Commission, however, claims sufficient emergency oil reserves exist and the EU's overall energy security remains unaffected. Former US President Trump also expressed anger over the situation.
