ESPN is accelerating its acquisition of WWE premium live event (PLE) streaming rights, starting September 20th, 2025, with the inaugural Wrestlepalooza event. This move comes ahead of the launch of ESPN's new streaming app on August 21st. Peacock, WWE's previous streaming partner, will retain some WWE programming, including Saturday Night Main Events and NXT PLEs until March 2026, and the WWE Network library until the end of 2025. ESPN's new app, priced at $29.99 monthly, will also offer a bundled option with Fox's new streaming service for $39.99.
