Weapons Dominates Box Office, Nobody 2 Underperforms | JQJO

Universal's "Nobody 2" opened to a solid $3.8 million on Friday, slightly exceeding its predecessor's opening day, but falling short of projected weekend totals. Warner Bros. and New Line's "Weapons" continues to dominate the box office, adding $7.4 million on Friday and maintaining a strong hold. Disney's "Freakier Friday" holds steady in second place, while "The Fantastic Four: First Steps" and "The Bad Guys 2" round out the top five. Despite positive reviews, "Nobody 2"'s performance indicates a modest, rather than breakout, sequel success.
