A backseat passenger in an F-15D Eagle at Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield, Massachusetts, accidentally ejected from the aircraft while it was on the ground. Video footage shows the ejection sequence, with the canopy blown off and the passenger crawling near the runway. The incident, described as a near zero-zero ejection, appears to have involved a recruiting officer from the 104th Fighter Wing. The Air Force is investigating.
