New data from the Kiel Institute reveals that European military industrial production for Ukraine has surpassed that of the United States for the first time since the war began. Europe allocated at least €35.1 billion ($41.1 billion) in military output, exceeding US contributions by €4.4 billion ($5.15 billion) between February 2022 and June 2025. While the US remains the largest single donor, Europe's combined aid, including financial and humanitarian assistance, significantly surpasses the US total.
