The restaurant offered free burgers if the Brewers won 12 consecutive games, a feat they achieved Wednesday. The fan, however, attempted to claim his burger before the promotion's official start date, prompting the 911 call. George Webb announced the promotion details would be released Thursday. The Brewers now hold the best record in baseball.
