Google's Gemini AI chatbot is getting an update that allows it to remember past conversations to personalize future interactions. This feature, enabled by default but easily disabled in settings, will recall key details and preferences. A related privacy setting, "Keep Activity," will also be updated, using a sample of uploaded files to improve Google services. A new "temporary chats" option ensures privacy for sensitive discussions, deleting them after 72 hours.
