Remains of U.K. researcher who vanished in 1959 found on Antarctic glacier: "Shocked and amazed"

The remains of British researcher Dennis Bell, missing since 1959 in Antarctica, have been discovered near a receding glacier. Identified via DNA analysis, his body was found along with personal belongings by a Polish team. Bell, a meteorologist, fell into a crevasse during a survey. This discovery, highlighting the impact of melting glaciers, follows similar recent finds of long-lost individuals whose remains were exposed by receding ice.
