Detroit Lions safety Morice Norris suffered a serious injury during a preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons. The game was suspended after Norris was taken off the field in an ambulance. The Lions reported Norris is in stable condition with feeling and movement in all extremities. Both coaching staffs agreed to end the game out of respect for Norris's well-being, following similar incidents in recent preseason games. Norris's injury comes eight months after Damar Hamlin's on-field cardiac arrest.
