Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered a dislocated pinkie finger on his throwing hand during his first preseason start against the Ravens. The injury occurred on a sack by linebacker David Ojabo, forcing Richardson out of the game early. Coach Shane Steichen stated the injury is day-to-day and was immediately treated. While the injury is not considered major, it adds to Richardson's injury history, complicating the Colts' quarterback competition with Daniel Jones, who also had a subpar performance. The Colts' starting quarterback for Week 1 remains undecided.
