Paramount Sets Pay for New CEO David Ellison, President Jeff Shell

Skydance's $8 billion acquisition of Paramount has resulted in new C-suite salaries. CEO David Ellison and President Jeff Shell will each earn a $3.5 million base salary plus a $1.5 million bonus. COO Andy Gordon's base salary is $2.8 million with a $1.2 million bonus. Former co-CEOs Chris McCarthy and Brian Robbins received $18 million severance packages, while George Cheeks transitioned to Chair of TV Media. Shari Redstone's National Amusements received $1.75 billion. Paramount now trades under the "PSKY" ticker.
