Jerry Jones Ignores NFL Rules, Pays Players More | JQJO

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones's practice of directly negotiating with player agents, bypassing the NFLPA, continues unchecked. Despite the CBA's stipulations, Jones has previously negotiated with players like Micah Parsons, resulting in overpayments. Neither the NFL nor the NFLPA has intervened, leaving Jones free to repeat this behavior. While the Cowboys ultimately pay more, the lack of league or union action is notable.
