Google has launched Gemini 2.5's Deep Think mode for AI Ultra subscribers ($249.99/month). Deep Think uses parallel thinking to generate and refine multiple ideas simultaneously, improving problem-solving. It shows significant improvements over the May preview, boasting an 87.6% score on LiveCodeBench (up from 80.4%). Deep Think excels at complex tasks like coding and scientific problem-solving, even achieving Bronze-level performance in an IMO benchmark. Access is via a new button in the Gemini 2.5 Pro prompt bar, with a limited number of daily prompts.
