Las Vegas Raiders veteran Adam Butler urged prioritizing mental health after teammate Christian Wilkins' unexpected release. Wilkins, whose five-year, $110 million contract was terminated after one year, reportedly clashed with the team over his foot injury rehab and a separate incident involving an unwanted advance towards a teammate. The NFL Players Association filed a grievance on Wilkins' behalf, highlighting disagreements over surgery and the player's conduct. Butler's comments emphasized seeking help for personal struggles, advocating against hasty decisions.
