Several European Union countries plan to utilize the EU's €150 billion Security Assistance Facility to procure weapons for Ukraine and strengthen their own defenses. The deadline for loan applications is Tuesday. This initiative, part of the ReArm Europe program, aims to bolster Europe's defense industry and lessen reliance on the US.
