Oscar Piastri secured victory in the Belgian Grand Prix, overcoming a disappointing Sprint race and qualifying session. He started from pole for the Sprint but lost out to Max Verstappen. Piastri then lost out to his teammate Lando Norris in qualifying. However, Piastri executed a decisive overtake on Norris at the start of the main race, capitalizing on wet conditions to take the lead and ultimately win.
