Israel allows new aid into starving Gaza under military pauses

Insufficient aid reaching Gaza despite Israel's partial easing of restrictions, warns UN. Aid groups say the current trickle is inadequate to prevent famine, echoing concerns voiced by President Trump. The Palestinian health ministry reported 14 new famine-related deaths, including children, bringing the total to 147 since the conflict began. While Israel claims Hamas diverts aid, a US government analysis found no evidence of systematic theft. Despite enough food to feed Gaza for almost three months being available, a third of the population remains without food for days.
