Judge Avoids Serious Injury, IL Stint Expected | JQJO

Yankees star Aaron Judge will go on the injured list with a right elbow flexor strain, avoiding serious ligament damage. The two-time AL MVP received a platelet-rich plasma injection and anticipates a return in 10-14 days, initially as a designated hitter. While Judge initially resisted the IL, the team opted for caution to prevent further injury. His absence leaves a gap in the outfield, with Giancarlo Stanton expected to fill in.
