The Atlanta Falcons are signing veteran wide receiver DJ Chark to a one-year deal. This signing comes after starting receiver Darnell Mooney suffered a potentially serious injury in practice. Chark, a former second-round pick, brings size, speed, and starting experience, though injuries have hampered him recently. While his production has fluctuated, the Falcons hope he can contribute as a deep threat opposite Drake London, especially if Mooney's injury sidelines him.
