A passenger plane, Antonov An-24, carrying 43 passengers and six crew, disappeared from radar Thursday morning in Russia's Amur region while flying from Blagoveshchensk to Tynda. The wreckage was later found approximately nine miles from Tynda. A burning fuselage was discovered by a search and rescue helicopter, and rescue teams are on the scene. Five children were among the passengers.
