Following a brief ceasefire meeting in Istanbul, both Russia and Ukraine launched drone attacks, resulting in casualties on both sides. Three Ukrainians died in Kharkiv, and several were wounded in Cherkasy and Zaporizhzhia, while the Pryvoz market in Odesa was damaged. Russia reported two deaths and 11 injuries in Sochi after a Ukrainian drone strike. Despite a prisoner exchange agreement, the talks yielded no significant progress towards ending the conflict.
