Google Photos is integrating new AI-powered features, including "Photo to Video" and "Remix." Photo to Video uses Veo 2 to create short videos from photos, offering "Subtle movements" or "I'm feeling lucky" options. Remix, powered by Imagen AI, transforms photos into different styles (anime, comics, etc.). Both features are experimental and will receive user feedback. A new "Create" tab centralizes these and other creative tools, launching in the US in August. The features, using SynthID watermarks, are rolling out on Android and iOS.
