Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba of Inter Miami CF will miss the MLS All-Star Game due to club decision. MLS policy mandates a one-game suspension for non-injured players skipping the event; it's unclear if Messi and Alba will serve the suspension in Saturday's match against FC Cincinnati. This policy has been previously enforced, with Zlatan Ibrahimović facing a similar suspension in 2018. Meanwhile, James Rodríguez also withdrew from the Skills Challenge, while Sergio Ramos will participate and captain the Liga MX team.
