At least 32 Palestinians were killed on Saturday by Israeli troops, according to witnesses, while seeking food near Gaza Humanitarian Foundation distribution sites. The UN reports 674 deaths near these sites since May. Pope Francis condemned the violence, calling for an end to the war and the prohibition of collective punishment. The EU, however, has yet to sanction Israel despite describing the Gaza situation as 'catastrophic' and struggles to deliver aid due to the ongoing conflict.
