Apple is suing tech leaker Jon Prosser for allegedly stealing trade secrets about iOS 26. Prosser is accused of paying Michael Ramacciotti to access an Apple employee's development iPhone containing unreleased software. Ramacciotti allegedly obtained the passcode and accessed the phone while the employee was away. Prosser then allegedly used the information to create renders and reports. Prosser denies the accusations, claiming he was unaware of how the information was obtained. Apple seeks damages and a court order to prevent further disclosures.
