The American League's All-Star pitching staff boasts eight All-Star veterans, including four from last year's team. While Skubal, the 2024 AL Cy Young winner, is a potential starting pitcher, his availability depends on the schedule. Chapman and deGrom, a two-time Cy Young winner, return to the Midsummer Classic after absences. Brown, with a stellar 1.82 ERA, and rookie Smith, a Rule 5 Draft pick, represent first-time All-Star selections.
