Two American veteran aid workers with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) were injured in a grenade attack while distributing aid in Gaza. GHF reported the grenades were of Iranian origin and that Hamas had previously issued bounties for the killing of its workers, both American and Palestinian. The attack prompted condemnation from the US Ambassador to Israel and criticism of the international community's silence on the threats. GHF, despite the violence, remains committed to delivering aid. The veterans are receiving treatment and are in stable condition.
