Lululemon sues Costco over alleged sale of 'dupes' copying $128 pants

Lululemon is suing Costco for allegedly selling counterfeit versions of its popular athletic apparel. The lawsuit claims Costco's Kirkland Signature brand sweatshirts and pants, priced significantly lower than Lululemon's, unlawfully copy the design of Lululemon's Scuba hoodies and ABC pants. Lululemon alleges this action misled customers and infringed on its intellectual property. While Costco briefly removed some items after a cease-and-desist letter, the lawsuit claims similar products remain on sale. Lululemon seeks damages and an injunction to stop the sales.
