Steelers Acquire Tight End Jonnu Smith in Blockbuster Trade | JQJO

The Pittsburgh Steelers have acquired tight end Jonnu Smith from the Miami Dolphins in a multi-player trade. The deal, which also involves cornerback Jalen Ramsey moving to Pittsburgh and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick going to Miami, includes draft pick compensation. Smith, who recently set career highs in receptions and receiving yards, will receive a one-year, $12 million extension with the Steelers, reuniting him with offensive coordinator Arthur Smith. This acquisition strengthens the Steelers' offense, adding a key target for new quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
