Bulls Trade Ball for Okoro, Prioritizing Defense | JQJO

The Chicago Bulls traded Lonzo Ball to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Isaac Okoro, aiming to bolster their defense. General manager Marc Eversley emphasized the need for improved defensive versatility, citing the Indiana Pacers as a model. While the Bulls received no draft picks in return, the trade frees them to pursue other deals, potentially involving Patrick Williams. Okoro's defensive skills and three-point shooting ability fit the Bulls' system, and his presence eases the pressure on rookie Noa Essengue.
