Costa Rica's Constitutional Court ordered the government to release Asian migrants deported from the US and held in a shelter since February. The court ruled the government violated the migrants' rights by denying them timely information and legal counsel. The government, claiming the migrants had freedom of movement, disagreed with the ruling, which stems from a habeas corpus petition. 28 migrants remain, including 13 minors. The court gave the government 15 days to comply.
