A Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv killed at least four people and destroyed parts of a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported that hospitals and sports infrastructure were also targeted. One woman was killed and two others injured in the Kyiv region. Rescue efforts are underway to free those trapped under rubble. The Russian military has yet to comment.
