The luxury superyacht Bayesian, which sank off Sicily last August, killing British tech magnate Mike Lynch and six others, has been successfully salvaged. The 56-meter vessel, recovered after a three-day operation, will be transported to the port of Termini Imerese for investigation into the cause of the sinking during a violent storm. Initial reports suggest extreme wind was the primary factor. The mast was removed before lifting to facilitate the salvage operation. Italian authorities are conducting a criminal investigation.
