Israel launched separate airstrikes in Iran, killing two senior commanders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Saeed Izadi, a key coordinator between Iran and Hamas, was killed in Qom. Behnam Shahriyari, head of the Quds Force's weapons transfer unit, was eliminated in western Tehran. Israeli Defense Minister Katz stated Shahriyari was responsible for supplying weapons to proxies across the Middle East to further Iran's plan to destroy Israel. The strikes come amidst ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran.
