The wreckage of the British superyacht Bayesian, which sank off Sicily last August killing tech magnate Mike Lynch and six others, has partially resurfaced. Salvage crews are completing a complex operation to bring the hull ashore for investigation. The 56-meter yacht was raised from a depth of 50 meters over three days. The mast was removed to facilitate the operation. Italian authorities are conducting a criminal investigation into the incident, which occurred during a violent storm.
