The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4's future software updates are uncertain. A One UI 8 beta program, designed for the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8, excludes the Galaxy Watch 4. While this initially suggests an end to updates for the Watch 4, it's a beta and may change. However, users should consider upgrading to a newer model since the Watch 4's three-year update promise is nearing its end. Samsung might still provide security updates, but its future support remains unclear.
