Ed the Zebra, a runaway pet in Tennessee, was captured Sunday after over a week on the loose. The internet sensation, who had been spotted near I-24 and in various neighborhoods, was safely airlifted by helicopter and returned to his owner. His escape prompted road closures and generated numerous online memes, following a similar incident involving a kangaroo in Alabama last month. Authorities confirmed the successful capture.
