Israel has recovered the body of Nattapong Pinta, a 35-year-old Thai national, who was kidnapped during the October 2023 Hamas attack. The body was retrieved in southern Gaza during a special operation following information from a captured terrorist. Mr. Pinta, a married father, worked at Kibbutz Nir Oz. His recovery follows the retrieval of two Israeli-American bodies earlier this week and five Thai hostages released earlier this year. The Hostages and Missing Families Forum urges Israel to secure the release of remaining captives. Approximately 54 hostages remain unaccounted for, with 31 believed dead by the Israeli military.
