A Guatemalan man, O.C.G., deported to Mexico despite a court order protecting him, has been returned to the United States. His attorneys confirmed his arrival in California via commercial flight, following which ICE took him into custody for transport to an Arizona detention facility. The Trump administration, after initially working to return him, facilitated his re-entry. This follows a series of legal challenges against the administration's deportation practices, including a Supreme Court order to return another individual wrongly deported to El Salvador.
