Microsoft Bing launched Bing Video Creator, a free video generation tool powered by OpenAI's Sora model. Initially available only on the Bing mobile app, users can create up to 10 free videos using text prompts. Longer video creation may take hours, even in "fast" mode. After the initial 10 free videos, users need to pay 100 Microsoft Rewards points per video, earned through Bing searches or Microsoft Store purchases. Videos are currently limited to 5 seconds and a 9:16 vertical aspect ratio, but horizontal options are coming soon.
