Crimea bridge reopens after Ukraine says it carried out underwater explosion

Russia's FSB announced the detention of a Ukrainian special services agent in Sevastopol, Crimea. The agent allegedly planned sabotage and terrorist acts using an improvised explosive device (IED). The FSB claims the IED was planted in the Balaklava district and that the agent received instructions via video link from Ukrainian security services. A criminal investigation is underway.
