Explosions collapse 2 bridges in Russian regions bordering Ukraine, killing 7

Two bridge collapses in western Russia, caused by explosions according to initial reports, led to the deaths of seven people and injuries to dozens more. One incident involved a passenger train in the Bryansk region, while the other involved a freight train in the Kursk region. The Investigative Committee is investigating potential terrorism, although the word "explosions" was later removed from their statement. Damage to railway tracks was also found elsewhere in Bryansk. Ukraine's military intelligence reported a separate incident involving a Russian military train carrying supplies to Crimea.
