A Russian missile strike on a Ukrainian military training base in the Dnipro region killed at least 12 soldiers and injured over 60 more on Sunday. Ukraine's Ground Forces commander, Maj. Gen. Mykhailo Drapatyi, resigned, citing personal responsibility. The military stated that personnel were in shelters when the alert sounded, except for a few who may not have reached them in time, and is investigating the incident.
