Google's Gemini AI will now automatically summarize emails in Gmail's inbox, displaying key points at the top. This feature, previously optional, is now active by default in some regions but can be toggled on/off in settings. While offering convenience, AI-generated summaries are not always accurate, as seen with past issues in Apple's and Google's own AI features. Currently, the feature only supports English emails.
