Opera has unveiled Opera Neon, an AI-powered web browser featuring AI agents to perform tasks like research, design, and creation. Described as an "agentic browser," Neon uses cloud-based AI to understand user requests and complete tasks, even offline. Similar to Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI's Operator, it offers chatbot functionality and automation of web tasks. While details on pricing and launch date are scarce (it's a premium subscription), Opera suggests Neon will fundamentally change internet usage. A waitlist is available.
