Israel's latest strikes in Gaza kill 38 people including children

Israeli airstrikes in Gaza over the past 24 hours killed at least 38 people, including children. The overall death toll since March has reached 3,785, according to Gaza's Health Ministry. Israel's blockade of aid to Gaza continues, despite international pressure and the resignation of the executive director of a U.S.-backed aid plan due to interference. The UN criticizes Israel's control over aid distribution and rejects claims that Hamas is responsible for looting aid. Israel plans to seize full control of Gaza and facilitate the population's migration, a plan widely rejected. Meanwhile, Hezbollah leader Naim Kassem reiterated his group's refusal to disarm until Israel meets certain conditions, and a Houthi missile was intercepted over Israel.
