Israeli airstrikes in Gaza over the past 24 hours killed at least 38 Palestinians, including a mother and her two children. The death toll since Israel resumed its offensive in March has reached 3,785, according to Gaza's Health Ministry. A pediatrician lost nine of her ten children in a previous strike. Israel is controlling aid to Gaza, a plan rejected by the UN, while also planning to seize full control and facilitate the migration of its population, a move condemned internationally. A missile fired by Yemen's Houthi rebels was intercepted over Israel.
