Key Timberwolves player Naz Reid had a poor performance, scoring only four points. The team's bench, usually a strength, struggled with poor shooting, particularly from beyond the arc. The Thunder's defense effectively limited Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle's scoring opportunities in the second half. Rudy Gobert also had a limited impact, playing only 21 minutes.
