Lawyers accuse Trump administration of deporting Vietnamese and Burmese migrants to South Sudan in violation of court order

Attorneys filed an emergency motion alleging that the Trump administration deported Vietnamese and Burmese migrants to South Sudan, violating a court order. At least a dozen migrants were deported this week without proper notice or opportunity to contest, according to the motion. One attorney described her client, a Burmese national with limited English, being deported without an interpreter. The attorneys argue this violates a previous court order by Judge Brian Murphy that blocked deportations to third countries without proper notice. They're seeking the migrants' return and a halt to further such deportations to countries like South Sudan, which is currently facing civil war.
