Austria's JJ won the 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland, with their song "Wasted Love." The classically trained 24-year-old beat 25 other entries, marking Austria's third Eurovision victory. "Wasted Love," featuring operatic vocals and a club-anthem finale, follows a similar style to last year's winner but with a reversed emphasis. Israel and Estonia secured second and third place, respectively. The 70th Eurovision will be held in Austria.
